Locker Room Renovation Update – The Albemarle Square locker rooms will re-open for use beginning Saturday, Jan. 19! Lockers and showers are accessible through the Aquatics Center only. Phase 2 of locker room renovations will begin on Tuesday, January 22. Enjoy the new space!

Small Group Training
Participate in a Small Group Training workout designed just for Slimdown members. Maximize your calorie burn with a 30minute fat burning workout instructed by acac’s Certified Personal Trainers. Their knowledge, encouragement and passion will provide a supportive small group training experience without the intimidation. Besides, only you and your Slimdown buddies can attend. Lose the treadmill and gain a workout!

Choose from two package options:

Small Group Nutrition (4 weekly classes for $60)
Join in nutrition discussions with other Slimdown participants in a supportive environment guided by acac’s Nutrition Coach, Kris Bonham. Kris is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Provider for Emotional Brain Training. Discuss hot topics in nutrition and weight loss and get your burning questions answered by a nutrition professional.

Each four week course meets once per week for 45minutes.
