Special January Mind Body Classes at Albemarle Square!
We are happy to offer these special January mind body classes to help you live your best. These classes will take place in the mind body studio. These are free with an acac membership!

Description: Curvy yoga is a gentle movement practice. We will teach modifications and options with each posture which, as a result, make yoga more accessible. This class focuses on breath and body awareness, which builds strength and flexibility through gentle movement in a way that works for every body. Beginners, please join us!
Chakras and Restorative Yoga
Dates/Time: Fridays, January 13 – February 24 | 2:00-3:15pm
Teacher: Sue Bovenizer
Description: In this series we will use restorative yoga poses in order to enhance and relax into the seven chakras. Each week we will explore one chakra, starting with the first (base) chakra then moving up in sequence until we reach the ultimate chakra of connection to source and bliss. Guided visualizations and instructions about each energy center will accompany the three to four poses in a chakra session.
