Join certified Prenatal and Postpartum Coach, Dominique C., to learn about a safe, evidence-based strength program designed to address your changing body. Learn how to improve your core strength, posture, and balance to prepare for the best outcome and recovery.

Strong Moms: Postpartum Workshop with Dominique

Join certified Prenatal and Postpartum Coach, Dominique C., to learn about returning to exercise after you have had your baby. Topics such as pelvic floor health, diastasis recti and restoring core strength will be addressed in a comfortable, body positive environment.

Join acac Albemarle Square Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Dana Mook, for a workout targeted specifically for gardeners. Strengthen your body with functional movements designed to make gardening easier and more enjoyable, and get to know fellow green thumbs! All levels welcome.
