Join Personal Trainers and Health Coaches Teresa Harris and Leigh McCready for their Strongest YOU Health Coaching Program!
Over the course of six weeks, we hope to equip YOU with the tools you need to tap into the value of exercise, the benefits of nutrition, and the readiness for change. Our health coaching program draws on principles such as personal values to help step you into action and achieve your goals!
