Are you struggling with mood issues? You are not alone.
This two-hour workshop will look at some of the causes of stress and anxiety, as well as tools we can use – both on and off the yoga mat – to experience more peace in our lives.

Yoga and Meditation for Stress Reduction with Lisa Jakub

The class will include yoga postures, meditation exercises, discussion, and Q&A. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring a notebook.
*Yoga beginners are more than welcome!
