Cancellation Policy: In order to fairly compensate and preserve the financial goals of our Spa Therapists and provide optimal scheduling service, acac will enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy for all spa appointments. Payment in full is expected for any appointment missed or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time
