I chose Dana as my personal trainer because I immediately felt comfortable with her when I first met her. This was important to me because I was new to the gym altogether when I joined. I am somewhat shy and was overwhelmed by the gym, but she has built up my confidence in working out and working out properly. I needed to learn the machines and different techniques to focus on losing weight and toning muscles. I also needed to learn basics like proper breathing and posture while doing so. Dana has helped me in many ways to ensure a great and effective workout. We have fun while she kicks my butt and that’s exactly what I was looking for!

Training Availability

I am mostly available weekday mornings and lunchtime, with some weekday afternoon/early evening availability.

I also have some availability on Saturday mornings, and Sunday mornings and afternoons.
