  • Certified Personal Trainer (since 2006)
  • Group Exercise Instructor (since 2006)
  • Adjunct Professor at American University, Department of Health Studies (2011-2019), worked with over 1,000 college students.
  • Martial arts training (since 2005), including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, MMA, and more.
  • Certified Personal Trainer at acac (since 2020).
