I wish I could take her with me!

I am so grateful that I met Dominique and was able to train with her while I was in Charlottesville. I am moving and wish I could take her with me! My goal  working with Dominique was to get back into the weight room after a year lapse. I am a swimmer and got to a point where I wasn’t progressing and was also not comfortable in the weight room by myself. I wanted to increase my strength and confidence so that I could feel better about training with weights and also so that I would be able to improve with my swimming. What I really like about Dominique is that she was able to create a workout that was diverse, fun, challenging, and often flexible enough to do at home if you’re not able to get to the gym. I looked forward to our weekly sessions and found that her motivation helped get me to the gym in between. Besides being knowledgeable and (insanely) strong, she is also very easy to talk to and that makes sessions go by so fast! I appreciated all the effort she put into each session and always felt like she was very present. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get motivated, learn about strength training, or meet other health goals.
