Intro to Cycle

Have you been eager to try group cycling but don’t know how to get started? This 45 minute intro is the perfect opportunity to get acclimated to the bike and indoor cycle class. We begin with individual bike set-up then move to specifics of the indoor cycle class including comfort in the saddle, cues, use of the monitor, and reaching your goals with a non-impact workout! You’ll experience a brief ride and have the opportunity to ask questions. You’ll walk away from class ready to have the safest, most engaging and effective ride — while getting a fantastic workout!
