Kettlebells are a terrific and highly effective choice of equipment to maximize your time in the gym. Using kettlebells, you can achieve total body conditioning while combining cardio and strength in one workout. Under the guidance of personal trainer Lamees Hanna, you will learn and incorporate proper form with or without kettlebells, have a great variety of exercises, and work your whole body in just a half hour!
