Beginner to Intermediate Level
Kickstart the fall season with kettlebell! This small group will enjoy a packed 1/2-hour each week to achieve total body conditioning while combining cardio and strength in one workout. We will use kettlebells and a variety of other tools in this mid-day training session. With Lamees as your guide, you will learn proper form with all exercises and equipment, and understand how to modify exercises to suit your abilities or limitations. You will walk away feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to conquer the rest of your day!
