Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, you will learn valuable mindfulness skills and tools, develop a regular meditation practice and experience life more fully through this introduction to the Present Moment Meditation Series with Mind Body Director Brian Centonze.
Through discussion and guided meditation practice you will explore the basic principles of meditation including aspects of mindfulness, compassion, and loving-kindness; how to apply mindfulness even in the midst of life’s most challenging circumstance by being present and aware of thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the body; seeing yourself as you really are; and experiencing your true self.
