Small Group Training Sessions:

Garnett offers Small Group Training that is designed to build strength, agility, and dynamic stability. Unlike the large group fitness classes, Small Groups are a maximum of 12 clients per class, keeping the focus on the clients’ motivation and form. Fun is mandatory! Biography:

For many years Garnett worked as a landscape architect cultivating plants and beautiful landscapes. Now as a personal trainer Garnett cultivates the health and wellness of clients. She attended UVA as an undergraduate and Virginia Tech for her masters in landscape architecture. In 2012 she shifted gears and became a distinguished certified Alexander Technique teacher, and soon after that pursued teaching certificates in Qigong and Yoga. She is a personal trainer certificated by ACE (the American Council on Exercise). In 2018 Garnett became a CDC Diabetic Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. She says she adores personal training and working with people who choose to pursue self master. Garnett’s passion is posture and moving beautifully.¬†
