How do we value our bodies?

Neither of these pictures is more valuable or valid than the other.

They were taken probably 30 seconds apart, and in both pictures, my legs were equally capable of lifting the same weight on deadlifts & squats, equally capable of walking, hiking, & running the same number of miles, equally capable of doing the things I love to do with my body.

Your body won’t always have the perfect lighting & pose to show of its best assets, but your body will always be one of the most magnificent things EVER.

So change your mindset, not your body, and love the heck out of it!!!
