Live Your BeYOUtiful: Round 2, Starting April 22nd

Spring is in the air, and that means it’s time for the next round of Pam Finney’s and my Live Your BeYOUtiful Health Coaching and Small Group Training sessions. This group builds off of our previous group that we ran once monthly for 2 years entitled BeYOUtiful you, but this group meets more often and with the same consistent group of ladies so that each weekly session can build upon the last. This will be our second round of offering the group this way, but there will be some changes, and it is open to anyone who would like to join! This version will meet weekly for an hour for 8 weeks as opposed to every other week for 90 minutes (for a total of 3 months with 6 sessions); this version also includes much more physical activity for community building than the first but hopefully still leaves time for lots of pointed and deep discussions, as every-other session will be a group workout between discussion weeks!
