Small Permanent Changes vs. Large Temporary Changes
As I’ve been starting to really dive in with this ACE Health Coach studying, I’ve been thinking a lot about the idea that small permanent changes mean so much more than big temporary changes. Don’t inundate yourself with a million things you want to change RIGHT NOW. Focus on a few small things that will make you happier & healthier, and once you’ve mastered incorporating those into your life, then pick something new to focus on.
Take it easy. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health; in fact, your mental health has a huge influence on your physical health.
So give yourself some TLC!
