Hey there:

The first video goes through a bit of my history with exercise, so if you’re familiar with my background/story, feel free to start with the second video, which is more focused on my fitness bucket list!

While this video is very focused on me/my goals, the point of it is to inspire you to get thinking about what really motivates you to move more and eat to fuel your body on a day-to-day basis other than just overall better lifelong health and quality of life as you age.

Also just some vulnerability on how trying something new can be scary !!
