The pool area is closing for our annual cleaning Friday, 12/21 at 8:30pm and plans to reopen Wednesday, 12/26 at 5:00am.
We will update if there are any changes.

Lynn, one of our p.r.e.p. team members, will join the Kids Zone team to help kids make holiday ornaments.

Intro to Zumba | 12:45pm | Group Ex Studio
Join Jessica for a special edition of Zumba Gold designed for beginners and those who love Zumba but need an intro to the moves and a slower pace.

p.r.e.p. Express Workout – Beginner | 12:00pm | Meet at p.r.e.p./fitness desk
Low/no-impact workout for those with mobility and joint issues. Focus will be on movement and stretching.

Monday, December 3
Tea Talk: Preventing Cancer | 1:30pm | Conference Room A
Join Lara L., MS, CNS, LDN, for a thought-provoking discussion on whether or not nutrition can be used to prevent cancer and illness.

Tuesday, December 4
Fast Workouts – Making Time for Fitness | 12:00pm | Meet at p.r.e.p./fitness desk
Learn the basics of a good 20- 30 minute workout for those days when you don’t have much time!

Wednesday, December 5
Seated Strength | 11:00am | Conference Room A
Join our Group Ex Director Nancy for a low-impact workout that will show you how to get stronger and increase muscle mass and bone density without crushing your joints.

p.r.e.p. Express Workout – Advanced | 6:00pm | Meet at p.r.e.p./fitness desk
Higher impact for advanced exercisers who have graduated p.r.e.p. and have NO joint, disc, back, neck, or pain issues.

Lee A., acac personal trainer, will teach us the importance of balance and provide tips on how to maintain balance and a strong core for a lifetime.

acac Group Ex Director Nancy will lead us through a low-impact workout that will focus on core work. You do not have to get on the floor to work those abs! Let us show you how!

Music & Meditation | 5:15pm | Conference Room A
Lara L., MS, CNS, LDN, will teach us how to shut out the world and focus on our thoughts. Meditation practice has been shown to better overall health, create deeper sleep, and improve focus.

Tuesday, December 11
Intro to Aqua with p.r.e.p. | 11:00am | Pool
Join Deb, acac instructor, in the main pool to learn the basics of aquatics fitness training. This class is limited to 10 participants.

Wednesday, December 12

Learn how to use the machines on the circuit in new ways to challenge your muscles and make your workout more fun.
