6 Zone Training | acac Germantown
We’re excited to have 6 Zone – Small Group Training in our fitness lineup!
6 Zone is a complete 30-minute team* workout incorporating cardio, strength, and high intensity interval training. This program, led by acac personal trainers, uses a variety of fun tools and resources to provide a continuous, nonstop workout in 6 five-minute intervals, or zones. Your zones could include battle ropes, dumbbells, TRX, slam balls, plyometric exercises, and more!
*Participants do not need to arrive as a team. New groups begin every five minutes, meaning that there is no start time. The last group starts 30 minutes prior to the end time. Join in and stay for as long or as short as you please.
No registration required and, best of all, this program is FREE for members.

Sundays | 9 – 10:30am
Wednesdays | 7 – 8:30pm
Fridays | 11:30am – 1pm
Saturdays | 8:30 – 10am
