BODYFLOW™ is the yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Guest Instructor Chris H. will guide you through a carefully-structured series of stretches, moves and poses that will transform your body into a state of harmony and balance. 

Instructors will provide modifications for those just getting started.
