Racquetball Challenge Ladder

The challenge ladder is a league designed to help players improve their racquetball skills, meet different players, and enjoy the game. It is open to all acac members, from beginner to highly-skilled.

Spin Basics

Ever wanted to take a spin class but didn’t because you were unsure of the equipment, lingo, or etiquette? This is a great opportunity to have all of your questions answered in a friendly, comfortable environment! Instructor Jeannine has many years of spin instruction under her belt and a treasure trove of knowledge to share. Please come prepared to get on a bike and let Jeannine take you through the A-Z’s of this effective exercise class.

Lee Anderson will review basic stretching and techniques to help you recover from exercise faster and relieve range of motion limitations. This is a seated lecture in the conference room followed by a floor based class on the main fitness floor at 11am.

FREEDOM RISE, a Bench (Step) class by Freedom Group Exercise

Freedom RISE is an urban-inspired pre-choreographed Bench (step) aerobics class. Easy-to-follow and fun for everyone from beginners to seasoned Bench aerobics fans. Instructors Nancy and Karen will introduce you to this energetic new format coming Sundays in January!
