Join acac personal trainer Dante Puchala for a special youth sports clinic this summer for children ages 8-13!
Speed & Agility Clinic
Children ages 8 – 12 will work on developing key skills to help perform their best in a variety of sports: speed, agility, explosiveness, stability, body control, awareness, lateral movement, confidence, and more.
Ball Up Basketball Clinic
Improve your basketball skills and have fun with the best skills development camp in the area! This clinic will focus on agility, ball handling, vertical play, injury prevention, defense, conditioning, body control, confidence, shooting, and completive drills.
1-on-1 training is also available!

- June 17th at 11:00 AM
- June 20th at 11:00 AM & 6:00 PM
