Les Mills Body Flow Mini-Sessions
Every Sunday |  2:30-3:30pm | Group Exercise Studio
Movement patterns influenced by Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga-inspired sequences set to music. The focus is on controlled breathing, strength, balance, core and a full series of stretches ending with extended meditation.

Winter Water Circuit Class Demos
Every Tuesday | 8:00-8:45am | Pool
This small group class utilizes the power of the water to increase your strength and endurance through low impact high intensity aerobic and resistance work out. This class is great if you love the water and would like the individual personal attention given in a small personal training class. We will be using specialized water equipment designed especially for this circuit workout out.

Racquetball Challenge Ladder
Members may join anytime! Runs March 1 – May 30.
The challenge ladder is a league designed to help players improve their racquetball skills, meet different players, and enjoy the game. Open to all acac members, from beginner to highly-skilled; there will be two ladders to accomadate the varying levels of play.

Master Trainer and Mobility Specialist, Lee Anderson, will discuss how yoga can be appropriate for beginners and how you can stretch your way into better workouts and better quality of life. After the talk there will be a free small group demo at 11:00am.
