Introducing 6 Zone Training

Beginning May 23, we’re excited to introduce 6 Zone Training to our fitness lineup! 

6 Zone is a complete 30-minute team* workout incorporating cardio, strength, and high intensity interval training. Led by acac personal trainer Brian Henn, this program uses a variety of fun tools and resources to provide a continuous, nonstop workout in 6 five-minute intervals, or zones. Your zones could include battle ropes, dumbbells, TRX, slam balls, plyometric exercises, and more! This program will be offered Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:45pm and Sundays 9:15 – 10:45am. New groups begin every five minutes. No registration required and, best of all, this program is FREE for members. 

* participants do not need to arrive as a team, we will create teams before the workout begins
