Running Workshop – Nutrition: Eating to Finish Strong

acac & NRH are working together to offer running performance workshops to all runners (members and guests) at no cost. This first topic will arm you with the tools to run at peak performance and support recovery. Participants will learn about carbohydrate loading, suggestions for pre-competition meals, hydration on those hot days, and protein ratios for recovery. Learn how to take your grocery list from the table to the finish line!

Water Circuit Demos

Dive into Donatella’s FREE Water Circuit demos. You’ll utilize the power of water to increase strength and endurance through low-impact, high-intensity aerobic and resistance training. This class is great for those who enjoy group exercise water classes but prefer personal attention and a variety of activities. Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Jan. 29 and ending Feb. 21.
BANG Power Dance Launch
