Youth Sports Development Camp & Clinics

Are you still looking to sign your young athlete up for daytime activities this summer? Consider Dante’s Youth Sports Development Camp and Clinics!

If you’ve never played racquetball and would like to learn, or if you’ve played and just need a refresher, join us for this Beginner/Refresher Clinic! We’d love to show you what it’s all about and help you get into the swing of things. Racquets and goggles will be provided to those who want to try it out. Water Circuit Demos

Donatella’s Small Group Training aquatic class will teach you how to increase your strength and endurance through low-impact, high-intensity aerobic and resistance training. Tai Chi Demo

This demo is taught as a Flow class rather than a specific Tai Chi form. Class is fit for all ages and skill levels. Chairs will be available for those who want to sit during class.
Healthy Horizon Talk

This month’s Healthy Horizon Talk will feature Chef Michael Gray on the topic of summer cooking! Learn some of Chef Mike’s favorite approaches to getting out of the kitchen and to the grill.

Sit Down & Move

Children in Kids Zone during the time of the craft will have the opportunity to make tie-dye t-shirts. We ask that you bring a white shirt, but there will be some available for purchase on the day of.
Better Breathing Through Stretching

Lee will teach you chest openers and postural corrections to help you breathe better through asthma, cardiopulmonary concerns, allergies, etc. Then, you’ll be invited to participate in a Beginner Stretch class at 11:00am.

Zumba Toning is Zumba with a special focus on strength training exercises using toning sticks, etc. Get fit in a fun way with Natty and Kevin, our Zumba Instructor Duo!
