6 Zone is a complete 30-minute team workout incorporating cardio, strength, and high intensity interval training. Led by acac personal trainer Brian Henn, this program uses a variety of fun tools and resources to provide a continuous, nonstop workout in 6 five-minute intervals. Your zone could include battle ropes, dumbbells, TRX, slam bells, plyometric exercises, and more! New groups begin every five minutes. No registration required; this program is FREE for members. Research is showing that good gut health is essential for more than just gastrointestinal comfort, it is also essential for mental health, blood sugar regulation, immune function, and even preventative against cancer. In this discussion you will learn how to support good gut health, what probiotics are and if you need to take them, as well as some things to avoid for the best health. Led by Lara Lattman, MS, CNS, LDN in the upstairs conference room.
