Seminar: Flexibility is Everyday Exercise

Lee Anderson, Flexibility Specialist & Personal Trainer, will review mobility drills to counteract subconscious habits developed over time. You will leave with tips to reinforce good posture and a strong spine. Dress comfortably so you can try the drills!

Tai Chi Demo

This 45-minute class will be taught as a Flow class rather than a specific Tai Chi form, and it is available for all ages and skill levels. Chairs will be available for those who want to sit during part of the class.

Tai Chi “Charge ‘n Chill”

This 45-minute class offers a combination of slow, meditative movements and higher-intensity exercises. Pairing faster movements with similar Tai Chi-style movements allows your heart rate to go up and down like it would in a HIIT class.
