Comprehension of Mobility Seminar

Lee will discuss how your body’s current fitness state is a reflection of past exercise habits and will teach you how to undo days, weeks, or decades of bad habits that cause immobility, pain, and reduction in performance.

Beginner Zumba

Jessica will lead Zumba with modifications for those with concerns about impact. She will go at a slower pace and a modified tempo.

Nutrition for Inflammation Seminar

Lara, MS, CNS, LDN, will outline a plan for an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle to avoid chronic inflammation that could lead to further health problems.

Deep Water Do-Over

Nancy will lead a class in which you wear a flotation belt and stay in the deeper end of the pool. This can result in increased flexibility and range of motion and a strong cardio and ab workout.

Aching Back Seminar

Dr. Osire, MD, will discuss the benefits that exercise can offer in order to restore strength to your lower back and relieve pain.

Bike to Work Day

Emotional Eating & Nutrition Sabotage Seminar

Lara, MS, CNS, LDN, will discuss how emotional eating can sabotage your weight-loss efforts and will offer tips on how to gain control of your eating habits.

Kids Night Out (sponsored by British Swim School)
Saturday, May 18 | 6:00-8:30pm | Kids Zone
Children ages 3+ and potty-trained will enjoy pizza, playtime, and a movie while you enjoy a night on the town. In addition, British Swim School will be joining us in the pool for some fun and games. Alternative activities will be available for those not participating in pool activities. This event is free with family membership. Guests pay a fee.
