ALL NEW LAND CLASSES
BANG Power Dance
Wednesday | 7:30 – 8:30pm (replacing Zumba)
Thursday | 4:30 – 5:30pm
Combine urban dance and intervals of higher intensity with light hand weights or weighted gloves to take your dance fitness workout to a whole new level.
Tuesday | 9:30 – 10:30am
Thursday | 8:30 – 9:30am
20 minutes of resistance exercise (using weights, tubing, etc.), 20 minutes of cardio movements to music (may incorporate a step), and 20 minutes of combined core, balance and flexibility. Emphasis on each of these will vary each week.
Monday & Wednesday | 8:45 – 9:15am
The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. Dynamic training hones in on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.
Monday | 6:00 – 7:00am, 10:30 – 11:30am
Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30 – 6:30pm
Friday & Saturday | 10:30 – 11:30am
This barbell class strengthens all major muscles in a motivating group environment.
Graceful but intense, this fun and funky workout combines great music and ballet aesthetic to make you stronger, more flexible and more balanced overall.

Water in Motion
Monday | 10:30 – 11:30am
Wednesday | 6:30 – 7:30pm
Sunday | 9:15 – 10:15am
This shallow-water, cross training workout combines cardio and muscle toning with reduced impact on your joints.
Wednesday | 10:30 – 11:15am
Enjoy a challenging and fun water workout to Latin music in shallow water. Water shoes are highly recommended!
Thursday | 6:30 – 7:15pm
Saturday | 9:15 – 10:00am
Take your athletic conditioning class to the water! Participants should be ready for anything from circuits to intervals to using various types of equipment.
