Join acac personal trainer Dante Puchala for a special youth sports clinic this summer for children ages 13+!
Ball Up Basketball Clinic
Improve your basketball skills and have fun with the best skills development camp in the area! This clinic will focus on agility, ball handling, vertical play, injury prevention, defense, conditioning, body control, confidence, shooting, and completive drills.
Young athletes will develop and master functional control of their bodies, improve overall speed, and reduce risk of injury. We will improve athletes’ form, technique, muscle memory, and conditioning for all sports.
1-on-1 training is also available!

- June 16th at 1:30 PM
- June 17th at 11:00 AM
- June 20th at 11:00 AM & 6:00 PM

- Former D1 athlete
- Has trained athletes from elementary to pro
