Biography:

Training emphasis

  • Working with the over 50 population in physical and functional fitness
  • New exercisers and weight loss clients as a result of having personally gone through each of these challenging experiences
  • Tennis specific conditioning programming
  • TRX training (Total Body Resistance Exercise)
