I feel that coming to the gym to focus on your health and fitness should be one of the most enjoyable parts of your day. There is no other place in the world where everything you do is one hundred percent for your benefit. The beautiful thing is that once you leave those benefits shine in other parts of your life. While a big part of my job at ACAC is helping people work hard, have fun and reach their goals, I feel that I have really made a difference when people start embracing their time in the gym.
