When I am not on the Personal Training floor you can find me teaching Group Exercises classes: Boot Camp, HIIT, Kettlebell, and Indoor Cycle. Your training with me is more than just the time we spend together on the training floor. I believe in putting together well rounded programs that include ACAC’s Group Fitness classes and your hobbies in addition to your training sessions.
Whether you are a seasoned gym goer, getting back into it after a hiatus, or just getting started I am here for you. No matter what leads you to me, it is my job to help you reach your goals. A big part of helping you reach your goals will be building a strong foundation with an emphasis on proper form and technique.

Circuit Training: Super fun circuits that focus on full body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on core strength. Expect something different each workout that’ll keep away boredom and deliver results.
