Bio & Schedule

When I am not on the Personal Training floor you can find me teaching Group Exercises classes: Boot Camp, HIIT, Kettlebell, and Indoor Cycle. Your training with me is more than the time we spend together and my dedication to you extends beyond the walls of ACAC. I’ll work with you to develop a program with a progression plan that incorporates ACAC’s Group Exercise classes and your hobbies to help you reach your goals.

Training Availability:

Monday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Weekends: By Appointment 


Small Group Training Sessions:

Core Strength and Conditioning: The most fun you’ll ever have while working out (if your idea of fun is an hour of super fun circuits that focus on full body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on core strength). Expect something different each workout and expect to get results. 

Tuesdays: 6:15 AM

Wednesdays: 9:30 AM  

Thursdays: 6:15 AM, 9:30 AM
