Bio & Schedule

When I am not on the Personal Training floor you can find me teaching Group Exercises classes: Boot Camp, HIIT, Kettlebell, and Indoor Cycle. Your training with me is more than the time we spend together and my dedication to you extends beyond the walls of ACAC. I’ll work with you to develop a program with a progression plan that incorporates ACAC’s Group Exercise classes and your hobbies to help you reach your goals.

Training Availability:

Monday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Weekends: By Appointment 


Small Group Training Sessions:

Core Strength and Conditioning: These one hour group sessions will focus on full-body training with an emphasis on core to help you build lean muscle mass, improve functional strength, and burn fat. PLUS you’ll gain the camaraderie and accountability that comes with training in a group setting!

Mondays: 9:30 AM

Tuesdays: 6:15 AM

Wednesdays: 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM  

Thursdays: 6:15 AM, 9:30 AM
