He is an excellent trainer in full body conditioning which is great for those who want to build lean muscle rather than just doing cardio and losing weight but not getting the desired body shape. When I’ve just emphasized cardio in the past, I seem to lose mass where I don’t want to and not lose fat where I do. Full body conditioning is also great for heart health as all recent studies are showing the benefits of HIIT rather than long slow steady workouts that increase cortisol which can be counter-productive to your goals. Chip knows how to mix up the exercises to use all muscle groups by way of circuit / CrossFit-style training always keeping everyone moving from station to station.” – Paul Henry
