HealthQuest Plus (SGT) | Mondays & Wednesdays 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm (Fitness Floor)
Functional Training (SGT) | Mondays 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm (Training Mezzanine)
Orthopedic/Post-Injury: corrective exercises specific to post-rehab./injury individuals; implemented to help them merge back into regular activities and exercise.
Senior/Active Aging: exercises focused on improving stability, strength and movement quality to develop or regain abilities with coordination/balance.
Conditioning: workouts designed to improve mobility while focused to increase stamina and core strength, build muscle, and burn fat.
Circuit/Interval: workouts incorporating exercise/movement variety for improving adaptability and promoting muscular endurance, strength and power.
