Training emphasis

  • Injury prevention and recovery training programs.
  • Sports performance training for athletes of all ages.
  • Weight-loss programs.
  • Strength coaching.

  • American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer
  • Functional Movement Specialist
  • Road Runners Club of America, Certified Running Coach

Experience

  • Personal training since 2004
  • Coached High School athletes who have successfully transitioned to competitive careers in NCAA Division 1 Cross Country and Track & Field.
  • Experience working with high school volleyball and soccer athletes.

Interests

  • Spending time with my family outdoors especially on the boat, cooking, running and cycling
