Experience

  • Working with athletic injury, prevention, emergency care, maintenance and rehabilitation since 1997; 2 years instructing undergraduate students of an accredited athletic training program in the university setting; personal training for general fitness, rehabilitation, integration into fitness from rehab, youth, active aging, de-conditioned and sports specific activity since 2000; teaching group exercises classes ranging from aerobic to strength based activity since 2003; 2 years as Director of Group Exercise at acac, coordinated the STOTT PILATES training and certification process for 12 instructors
