I was active before and during pregnancy, but had some concerns about abdominal separation postpartum. I contacted Leslie because I wanted to learn how to correct it and how to safely do core work without making it worse. She showed me a whole range of exercises to work on from basic breathing techniques to challenging workouts. As I progressed through the training sessions I could tell my core was regaining strength and today the separation is no longer an issue. Leslie is very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. I highly recommend her!
