“I started training with Lindsay roughly a year ago, right after my 29th birthday. I had a goal of making 29 “the fittest year of my 20s” but had no idea how I’d accomplish that… I had never really been athletic, was insecure about being in the gym, and had little confidence in myself. Lindsay heard my goal and created a path to accomplish what I set out to do (I  just ran my first Spartan Race to celebrate my 30th birthday… something I would have never done a year ago!). She’s helped me find a true love for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle; building my strength and confidence in myself along the way. 30 brings a new year and new goals for me, and I’ll continue to train with Lindsay because I’m confident I’ll achieve them with her help.” – Anne Brophy

Monday | 6:00 am – 8:00 pm

Tuesday | 6:00 am – 8:00 pm

Wednesday | 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

Thursday | 6:00 am – 8:00 pm

Friday | 12:00 pm-3:00 pm

Weekends | By appointment
