Are you a soon to be mom, new mom, or mom of ANY age?

Calling all mommas and mommas to be!!!

The amount of information on exercise and nutrition regarding trying to conceive (TTC), expecting a little one, or recovering post-partum from any delivery, can be varied, biased, and most overwhelming. As a newer mom myself (I have a 2 year old and 6 month old), I know how confusing it is to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing information. Because of this, I’m excited to announce some pre and postnatal small group exercise and educational offerings for new moms, soon-to-be moms, and moms of ANY age!

Group trainings will be lead by two postnatal women who are on their way to becoming Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coaches. This coaching certification is one of the leading certifications in the industry to empower women to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes for their psychological and physical well-being during their pre- and postnatal experience. In addition, we are certified personal trainers, group-ex instructors, and health coaches.

Whether you are looking to start a family, are currently expecting, a new mom, or have ever been a mom, we would love to work with you. We are in the process of collecting information to create exercise and educational groups for women just like YOU. We are both moms and have a passion for working with other moms/soon to be moms.

What do we have planned? 

We are looking to start small groups of women in like situations, support groups, social outings/gatherings for moms as well as some fun mommy and me exercise sessions :) 

Don’t know which is right for you? No problem! We will set up times to meet with individuals interested in any of our programming to do an initial consult and figure out what groups, sessions, etc. are the best fit for your goals.
