Camp is Back—And Better Than Ever!

We’re excited to welcome Summer Camp back to acac Main Line for another season of adventure, friendship, and fun! This year, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re offering extended morning and afternoon care free of charge, giving your child more time to stay, play, and enjoy their camp experience—and less stress for you.

Early birds who register by March 31 receive a 10% discount on tuition. Registration opens March 1.

Full Day Camp
acac Member $350/week | Non-member $399/week
Early bird pricing (10% off available March 1-31): acac Member $315 | Non-member $359.10

2025 Day Camp (rising 1st grade – 6th grade)

Camp activities range from arts and crafts to sports, group team building to individual activities, and everything in between! Specialty themes and activities will be included in day camp for all campers.

2025 Weekly Themes

Week 1 (June 16-20) | Ice Breaker
Where strangers become friends, laughter fills the air, and comfort zones are gently left behind. Through creative games and activities, campers connect, share stories, and build the bonds that will carry them through the summer’s adventures.
Week 2 (June 23-27) | Mad Scientists
Sparks curiosity and ignites the imagination, transforming campers into young scientists eager to explore the wonders of experiments and inventions. 
Week 3 (June 30 – July 3) | Color Wars
The vibrant highlight of summer camp, where splashes of color ignite the spirit of competition and camaraderie.
Week 4 (July 7-11) | Water Wonders
An adventure into the heart of water safety in/around pools, empowering campers with the knowledge/rescue skills to enjoy and respect the water. Campers will also participate in watersports/games
Week 5 (July 14-18) | Secret Agent
Transforms curious campers into stealthy sleuths, embarking on missions filled with codes, gadgets, and intrigue. It’s a world where every clue unravels a story, and teamwork unveils the secrets to becoming the ultimate spy.
Week 6 (July 21-25) | Sports Mania
Sports Mania sweeps through summer camp, turning every field, court and pool into arenas of thrilling competition and personal achievement.
Week 7 (July 28 – August 1) | Time Travelers
Catapults young adventurers through history and the future, exploring dance, inventions, music, & more. Each day offers a new era to discover, blending learning with imagination, where campers become part of the unfolding of time.
Week 8 (August 4-8) | Picture This
Turns campers into budding photographers and storytellers, capturing moments through lenses and creating narratives that frame their unique perspectives.
Week 9 (August 11-15) | Under the Sea
Under the Sea Camp plunges campers into the depths of ocean exploration, where they discover mysterious marine life, underwater ecosystems, and hidden treasures.
Week 10 (Aug 18-22) | Camp Olympics
Camp Olympics melds the spirit of ancient games with the joy of summer camp, fostering teamwork, perseverance, and athletic competition. Here, campers challenge themselves and each other, celebrating victories and learning from defeats, all within the camaraderie of the Olympic flame.
Week 11 (Aug 25-29) | Camp Carnival
Step right up and test your luck! Campers will take part in carnival-themed crafts and activities, enjoy traditional carnival snacks, and end the week with a camp carnival.

Swim Lesson Add-On

Enroll your child in swim lessons at camp this summer and help them become more confident and safer swimmers! We offer four 30-minute group lessons.

Frequently Asked Questions

Summer Camp 2025 registration opens March 1, 2025! Summer Camp registration is a little different than in years past. We are using a new platform called Campsite.
All camp families (yes, even previous camp families) will need to create a Campsite parent dashboard account via the ‘New Camper Registration’ button. This new platform will walk you through the registration process step by step. Once your account has been created, families should use the ‘Returning Camper Login’ button to make any further edits to their account or registration.
acac Summer Camp is open to both members and non-members. However, we encourage campers to become members as they receive discounted pricing on camp registration and add-ons.
Please note that your acac membership status and type at the time of camp registration locks in your camp price.
Yes! Camp registration is broken down into weeks, so campers can come for individual weeks, making summer planning even easier. Come for just one week or all of them, although we recommend registering for as many weeks as you can to get the most out of summer!
Pro tip: This also means that you can register for remaining weeks even after the first week of camp begins.
We pride ourselves on our highly transitional and lively camp experience that keeps campers active and engaged. We offer a variety of structured and free play time like sports, arts & crafts, group games, and indoor and outdoor activities.
Camp is all about making new friendships and creating fun memories! We place campers in groups based on age/grade at registration. At this time, we are unable to accept placement requests.
Registered families will receive an email from your camp director close to the start of your camp detailing what to bring.
Yes! For an additional fee, swim lessons can be completed while your kids are at camp.
Yes, it is available at the time of camp enrollment for a fee of $50 per week / per child. This non-refundable fee entitles you to a full refund of fees for the applicable week. In order to receive a refund under the refund policy, the cancellation must be made in writing 5 business days prior to the start of the camp week. Once enrolled in refund protection, the fee may not be transferred between weeks.
Yes, we happily offer monthly payment plans. The $25 Family Registration Fee and any cancellation insurance purchased are still collected at the time of registration.
