I joined acac in February 2016 after a long hiatus from working out. I knew I wanted to get back to a healthy and active lifestyle. Having never worked out with a personal trainer, I took advantage of the three free sessions I received as a new member. They were free, so what did I have to lose?
After my first session with Margreta I was hooked. She took the time to understand my history and my goals. Starting me out slow, she got me comfortable with the equipment I once found super intimidating. Trying new things has never been easy for me, but Margreta encouraged me to go outside my comfort zone and do things I never thought I could. After my three free sessions were done, I knew I wanted to keep working out with her once a week.
My sessions with Margreta have quickly became my favorite day in the gym. She pushes me, but also knows when I’ve had enough or something just isn’t working. No two sessions are the same, which I love! Working out with her is hard, but also so fun…and even better when I see results!
Since I’ve been working out with Margreta, I’ve lost 3% body fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle, which I couldn’t be more excited about! Friends and family started noticing the difference, so much so my sister recently got a personal trainer for herself! Working out with Margreta is really the best thing I’ve done for myself. I’m excited to keep working out with her and seeing more results!
