Worth every penny!

Big shout out to Siobhan Carlton Alfonso for making my yoga inversions happen! Earlier this year, I bought an 8-pack of personal training classes with Siobhan and told her my only goal was to get into a handstand by the end of the 8 sessions.

Well, I got the handstand by session 4 and then we moved on to rock crow, shoulder stands, forearm stands, headstand, and unassisted headstand.

I can’t believe how easy Siobhan made these poses… I’d been trying to get them on my own for years but the simple instruction that Siobhan gave me made them so much easier than I could have imagined.
