Training emphasis

  • Functional and foundational movement training for those returning to or new to exercise
  • Weight loss training for 30 – 50 year olds
  • Strength and conditioning for sports and athletics
  • Olympic weightlifting

  • Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 1
  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer
  • ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist
  • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Level 1
  • Functional Movement Systems Level 1

Experience

  • Working in fitness since 2006
  • Began personal training in 2014 with general and special populations
  • Three years of experience in corporate fitness and wellness
