Performance Swim Training Group

Interested in training for triathlons, swimming events, or structured swim practices? Our Performance Swim Training Group can help you increase your fitness, improve technique and times, and reach your goals!

Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:30-6:30pm

You must be able to swim 500 meters freestyle to participate.

Masters Swim

For swimmers ages 18 and up. Beginners and competitive swimmers alike increase cardiovascular endurance and technique with the help of acac master coaches. Masters meet daily, please see pool schedule for current schedule. Free for members.

FitCamp H2O

Like our popular land based FitCamp but made with a splash! One hour of circuit training using a variety of equipment, such as noodles, bands, hand buoys and balls. Appropriate for all fitness groups, this trainer-led workout will get your heart pumping and work all muscle groups. Swim experience is not required, flotation belts are worn. Aquatic Exercise

Aquatic group exercise classes are included with every acac membership! Choose from a variety of popular water classes led by our group exercise team. Aquatic exercise is low impact, making it perfect for those who have joint issues. There are many classes to choose from daily, including WaterInMotion®, Deep Water Exercise, Aquatic Moves, Arthritis H2O and more. Please see the group exercise schedule for upcoming classes.
