Like our popular land based FitCamp but made with a splash! One hour of circuit training using a variety of equipment, such as noodles, bands, hand buoys and balls. Appropriate for all fitness groups, this trainer-led workout will get your heart pumping and work all muscle groups. Swim experience is not required, flotation belts are worn. Aquatic group exercise classes are included with every acac membership! Choose from a variety of popular water classes led by our group exercise team. Aquatic exercise is low impact, making it perfect for those who have joint issues.
