Aquatic group exercise classes are included with every acac membership! Choose from a variety of popular water classes led by our group exercise team. Aquatic exercise is low impact, making it perfect for those who have joint issues. There are many classes to choose from daily, including WaterInMotion®, Deep Water Exercise, Aquatic Moves, Arthritis H2O and more. Please see the group exercise schedule for upcoming classes.

Want a rewarding job? We can help! acac offers monthly American Red Cross Lifeguarding certifications and re-certifications. A certified Red Cross Instructor will work with students to become proficient in water rescues, CPR, First Aid and AED. Participants must be at least 15 years old to participate. We must have at least three participants to hold a class. You will need to bring a buddy to limit contact with other participants.
