The Green Objective: Workout for All Goals | Stefanie

Get a great workout, improving strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility & recovery. August’s focus will be lower body strengthening. Beginners to advanced welcome, low to no movement restrictions, please. 

Cardio Burn | Hannah
Tuesdays & Thursdays | August 6 – 29 | 10:30 – 11:30am | Fitness Floor | $169
Improve cardiovascular fitness and metabolic conditioning in this fun, high energy training program. Heart rate zone training will be used to improve fat utilization to torch major calories. This program is open to all ages and fitness levels. 

Summer Dance Conditioning | Elizabeth
Wednesdays | August 7 – 28 | 3:30 – 4:30pm | Studio B | $99
Designed specifically for dancers to maintain strength and stamina during the “off” season. Flexibility, balance and joint stability will be emphasized to keep the dancer in prime shape to reenter the intensive dance season. Ages 11 & older. 

Intermediate Balance Training | Judy
Thursdays | August 8 – 29 | 1:15 – 2:15pm | Studio B | $99
Learn fun and challenging exercises in a setting that will progressively improve your balance and reduce fall risk and clumsy moments.

TRX for Seniors | Judy
Fridays | August 9 – 30 | 2:00 – 2:30pm | Studio B | $79
Try this 30 minute TRX program that will progress each week. This program will increase participants’ strength, mobility, and balance.
