Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a joy-filled workout for all fitness levels. We play with laughter as exercise and yoga breathing techniques to feel more energetic, peaceful and healthy. Laughter Yoga has been shown to benefit every body system, decreasing stress, anxiety and depression naturally, and to ease pain. If you have forgotten how to laugh, or feel a day is wasted without laughter, join in the fun.
