Mindful Teens

What is mindfulness? Paying attention to what is happening moment-by-moment without self judgement. 

Practicing mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, increase attention span, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, strengthen the immune system, enhance quality of sleep, promote organization and improve the ability to adapt to change.
